Hey everyone.

I was going through a bunch of shots in LR, and decided to post a few shots of the unlake as it has changed over the last several months. The first shot was November-ish. The last one was a few weeks ago.

Your unlake is now a lake. :)

Ok I lied. Here is one more for all the fire lovers. :D

<snip hot air balloon>

Hot air ballooning is so fun, especially when the wind is changing and you have no idea where you're going to end up. :D

Random commentary: I got fed up with hoods + Canon's lens caps, and the cheapo center pinch caps didn't hold well, so I ended up with this:

All of my lenses have Nikon caps now, haha.

Glad you had a wonderful evening and that your Mom and Mike get along.

Congrats on your 10,000 post.

Sleep tight. Have a wonderful weekend Jen.

Thanks Heather! I'm thrilled with how well Mom and Mike hit it off even if it was over the phone! LOL This morning when I talked to each of them... they both without my suggestion mentioned the other and their conversation last night! It was great!

Thanks!

I wish I could say I slept better... but I didn't... LOL But I did get to have lunch and enjoy a pedicure with my mom! She treated me for Mother's Day! So that was awesome!

Cool shot, Neil. I showed it to Kona cuz he loves motorcycles.

He wagged.

I tend to ramble. Feel free to put me on ignore.

Kona and Maggie went to play at the dog park today. I only had my 100mm MF lens so it was interesting trying to get the action.

Maggie never kept her eyes open today

and my favorite shot of the day (and it typifies how they play at the dog park...Maggie chases the ball and Kona watches. I don't know why he doesn't chase it but he always just waits for her to come back)

Great shots, Lisa! These two are my favorites. The weeds give the field some interesting background.
