I'm curious to see what you get if you shoot the moon.

a dead moon. [pardon the pun, nothing else to do Saturday morning].
Jay, Im waiting for the moon pic too. may with the 2X.

What a day. You all have to make the drive out to Bartlett Lake.... the place is in full bloom. Here are some shots.... still have a ton to work on...

These are Arizona Highyway material....I like these much more than the ones posted in the mag! There very special Great Shots! I esp like 10 and 13! Are you still using the sig 180 Macro? Do you have a 25 extension attached as well?

Far too kind Larry. Thank you very much. I did use the Sigma 180mm macro for the closeup shots... love the lens! No extension tubes on it.. just bare lens. Thanks a million!

How was the Tucson adventure? If you have the energy... and this goes for everyone make a trip out to Bartlett Lake... once at the lake.. .take a left on North Lane? It's the only left you can take near the bottom of the hill... this is where all these were shot. I only made it a couple miles in... so much to see/shoot.

Hatch, these are absolutely stunning! I went out today to Apache Trail, didn't see any poppies where I could pull over, and nothing turned out as beautiful as yours did. +1 on the AZH material totally! Very nice.
