yeah...I forgot to use the rocket blower after the first day...

Love my D300's sensor cleaning system for that reason.

Look at the bright side, Ryan. :) Pans are easy to clone, and you'll get lots of practice.

I think he spoke on Saturday morning and I rolled out of the rack a little late that day so I think I missed him. IIRC, one of his specialties is making humungous prints (like 15' x 8') with even the loweliest Rebel by stitching multiple rows of panos. He had a print of the Space Shuttle on display that was freakin' huge.

He's apparently been around.

We may be getting together again this Friday. He's here visiting a mutual friend who is a pilot for Continental. Jim and our mutual friend (another Jim) go way back. The other Jim used to fly Jim Sugar around doing aerial photography

Played with my new 100mm 2.8 IS and have to say it's better than the non IS one I used. Not much landscape where I am right now, so I guess it's back to macro.

In my memory right now, no time for the real thing. Have to take care of some real life stuff now, I need coffee and I'm tired from being at home waiting all day for mr. brown so I can sign for it lol.

Went out to Bartlett to play yesterday, and I see what you who have been there saw! What a beautiful place. Poppies and lupine as far as the eye can see on the mountainsides. I took my macro out for a spin, and nicked it after all was done. :-(

Sunlight was fading, you can tell when the poppies start to close up like this. Yah, the best light of the day and they do this lol!

From this afternoon... Bartlett Lake... I think the flowers will be there for another week or so if you all haven't made the trip. Of course... all depends on the weather.

Here are just a few from today... too tired to work on all the rest.

How about something besides FLOWERS!

it's all making my eyes itch, nose run and killing me with allergies.

I think he uses Kristy.

She glows, He shoots...
