So I figured out how to make a custom boot animation for my Motorola Droid and finally got it working.

Never had an octa before just having a hard time aligning the rods to the seams. Anyone want to help tomorrow night or offer any hints. Thanks Get all the slots on the ring aligned as best you can to the seams, insert the rods, open the octa, without locking the pins, and adjust where you see the rods dont meet the grooves by moving the cloth material of the octa near the ring. Mine was kind of tricky for like 10 minutes, only used it once and I can now open and close it without having to set it on a surface or anything. Christian
