So I figured out how to make a custom boot animation for my Motorola Droid and finally got it working.

You can check it out here (external link)!

Can you iPhone users do that? ;) lol :p

Jay: The rebranded site is looking great.

Frank and Christie: The newborn shots are wonderful.

John: Congrats on the 7D

I hope to get out to shoot soon but work is keeping me swamped!

Ok Ill admit it I am having trouble getting the midi Octa assembled. Never had an octa before just having a hard time aligning the rods to the seams. Anyone want to help tomorrow night or offer any hints. Thanks

Get all the slots on the ring aligned as best you can to the seams, insert the rods, open the octa, without locking the pins, and adjust where you see the rods dont meet the grooves by moving the cloth material of the octa near the ring. Mine was kind of tricky for like 10 minutes, only used it once and I can now open and close it without having to set it on a surface or anything.

If you are having issues with the inserting the rods part, insert your first rod, then the second in the opposite position or 180 degrees.

Also don't worry about the octa being fragile, it can handle a lot....I was being all gentle with mine thinking it'd tear if I was rough with itb

Cool shot, but is that a camera shadow under the foglight in the shadows?
