I havn't signed onto my live.com cash back account in a while but when I did yesterday I noticed I was not signed up for the Quick Cash Back Program. I don't remember seeing it before and not sure if it is new. It is under the "Settings" section.

I know some eBay cash-back awards have been deposited immediately - but not other stores like J&R, Adorama and B&H. Also, I made 3 cash-back purchase on eBay - 2 right before I signed up for the Quick Cash Back Program and 1 right after. The 2 before I won't receive for 60 days and the one right after I received instant in my paypal. Not sure if it is coincendence or not.

From the Question and Answers:

What is quick cashback?

Quick cashback is a way to get your cashback immediately and avoid waiting the normal 60-day pending period. If you make a qualifying purchase from an eligible merchant, your cashback will be rewarded soon after purchase. To be eligible for quick cashback, you must meet these three criteria:

  1. You've joined the quick cashback program. (You can do this from your cashback account.)
  2. You've kept your PayPal account in good standing.
  3. You make a qualifying purchase from an eligible store and complete the purchase using PayPal.
You're eligible to receive quick cashback when you meet these criteria, but it doesn't guarantee that you'll receive a quick cashback reward. Any eligible purchase that doesn't meet all of the criteria for quick cashback but meets all of the other cashback requirements will wait for possible returns in the normal 60-day pending period.

As with any cashback purchase, your purchase must meet all of the requirements of the Microsoft Service Agreement (external link) to be eligible for cashback savings.

Here are a few more details about quick cashback:
  • We'll deposit quick cashback rewards in the PayPal account that you used during your purchase.
  • We'll email you if your cashback is rewarded with quick cashback.
  • The rules that apply to returning or canceling a purchase also apply to quick cashback rewards.
At which stores are my purchases eligible for quick cashback?

We are in the process of launching this new program, so the list of stores is not yet final. This list is likely to change after launch as we add new stores, so check back here frequently for updates.

I feel stupid asking-but how do you sign up for an account? I've heard folks talk about it...but never sure where to go and what to sign up with? There's too many shady dealers out there... I don't want to sign up with some scam storefront that I happened to hit in my search.
Thank you for your help!

Are you looking to the right side? All you have to do is search for something, anything just to get to ebay (to find that link). After that find what you were looking for/at/saved and hit the "buy it now" and you will get your cash back... Just make sure you are all set at Bing and see that cash back icon on the top of the ebay page.

Here use this http://www.bing.com …CAMREA+50-D&go=&form=QBCA (external link) and ebay is over on the right, worked for me, showing 8% off while signed in over at ebay.
