My first post in the Birds forum. It has taken a lot of tries to get shots I felt were even worthy of sharing. C&C requested and appreciated!

Setup: Canon 40D on tripod (near feeder), Tamron 18-250 @ 168mm, 1/100 sec, f/8.0, ISO 100, no flash. Camera triggered with ebay wireless remote.

Not bad for a first time! Try putting some twigs/branches near the feeder...as a prop. Then get some shots with out the feeder. ;)

I used a wireless remote before I got my long lens, but it does restrict you. Need to start saving for some longer glass :)
