Went up to the beach a little while ago and fitted a filter to the lens with vaseline smeared on it. What do you think?

Anyone else done shots through grease or shooting through gauze, that type of thing? I used vaseline a couple of times in the early eighties--long before digital... Kind of a cool effect. I have also shot through lacy gauze a time or two... Really had forgotten the cool effects you can get with these methods. Thanks for sharing. Both shots work and are very intriguing.
