I always get there after it touches down or get the pics and the funnel doesn't form. Thought I had one last week but it fizzled.
Did get a nice double rainbow though:

Tornadoes are scary, but dust bunnies make me run and hide!

Eric..

Is it the sensor or a dirty windshield?

I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

It looks to me like the sensor. See the three spots just to right of the right rainbow. They run almost vertically and are just slightly greyer than the rainbow. That is dirt on a sensor.

Yeah...I see them but don't see them on any others. I'll do a sensor check tomorrow. Thanks!

Back to the subject, Namerifrats...are you just a chaser or a spotter. My wife have our advanced spotter certificate from NOAA. Keeps us out of trouble with the cops.

Chaser only. Usually just around NC, SC, and VA. Planning a trip out to Oklahoma City in the next 2-3 years. Want to go for 2-3 weeks. Saving money for flight, food, hotels, gas, and a rental car with full insurance  Should be about to do the whole thing for less than $3,500 the way I have it planned.
