Woodpecker and Robin

This is my first attempt at shooting wildlife. I went out today trying to improve my overall skills and saw the robin who flew in front of me and landed on the path. He then flew to the tree and sat there. I could not get a shot of him facing me but I took what I could. Then when I almost finished the hike I saw a woodpecker working on a tree. These were shot using a 70-200. I was unable to use a tripod for the shots. Any tips appreciated!!

These both appear very soft. What's the EXIF on them?
