My 401K is down over 60% from a year ago and yet the L lenses I bought are still worth 80 to 90% of what I paid. Sweet justification! Plus they made me money (just not as much as I paid for them!)

At my age,I'm more interested in in capital preservation, but I still lost more than 15% last year.
