I broke out my Kodak 8500 Dye Sub printer today to print out a few photos for my sisters boss.
This printer would sometimes give me a Paper Jam error and I would just feed it 1 sheet at a time and that would work, well today it didn't. Jams every time.
Since I needed these printed by morning I headed over to my friends studio and used his Shinko Dye Sub (the 8500 used to be his and he upgraded to the Shinko, and I traded a monitor for this 8500).

So I get home and want to figure out the issue with my printer and find out that all I had to do was clean the half moon shaped rubber pick up wheel with alcohol. Cleaned them good and thorough and all was good, until the 3rd pass (Cyan) of the page. Printer would give me a paper jam error.

Found out that there is a potentiometer on a circuit board at the front of the printer and it needs to be turned about 1/4 Counter Clockwise.
So I basically had to strip the printer down just to get to that little pot.

Some naked pictures of my printer,

The red circle is the POT I had to adjust.

And here she is Fully Clothed,
