Personal Property Insurance Clause

Just reading over my insurance policy on my camera equipment. I was looking specifically at the "Causes of loss not covered" section when I found this humorous entry.

"Discharge of a nuclear weapon ...even if deemed to be accidental"

If you can still file the claim after your camera equipment is destroyed by accidental nuclear weapons discharge, I think you should get the money!

You think that's bad? Read the iTunes license agreement, paragraph 10:

"By using the Apple Software, you represent and warrant... that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons."
