I picked up my new vehicle today, before this I'd never really photographed a car, I don't reallly have any high quality wide angle lenses (my 24-70 is my widest L) so I used the old trusty 18-55 kit lens that came with my old 400D some years ago. I tried to wait for the right time of day light-wise.

This is what I came up with, very little PP other than sharpening and re-sizing.

C&C welcome.

Don't worry, I think it's just his reflection. it would be a tragedy to be stuck in one of those.

IMO, the entire scene is a bit underexposed. I do like the composition however.

I really like the sun reflections is the bumper and front grill as it resembles the Scooby badge. The colors could use a bit of retouch and with a little bit more contrast maybe you could give more life to the pic : )

That looks pretty nice, especially for a first shot, except it needs more room at the front & you might darken the bright, red area just behind it. A tiny more white in the clouds like just above the roof would work for me, but that's a small thing.

IMO, the entire scene is a bit underexposed.

You're probably using a non-color managed browser, so what you see will be darker & more contrasty than what I see. See the link in my Sig.

I've disappeared from the bumper!!! haha I like the crop .... unfortunately the shot is the full shot that I took with no cropping, I did take some others though, I'll have to have a look and see what I got.

Thanks for taking the time to do that for me, much appreciated

Should have used the 24-70, I think it would look way sharper.
