Spider in the Grass -- ID please

My first post in the macro section!! How exciting!!

Anywho, was cleaning out the shed and this little guy made a run for it. The best ID I can figure is a jumping spider, Eris marginata, based off the markings on the abdomen. Please correct me if I'm wrong -- I'm entering the last year of my biology degree, but I've never had the time to take an entomology course, so need to learn on my own.

Comments on the image itself are always welcome too (I don't really shoot macro, so consider this my macro n00b debut).
