Have you considered a ps crop using perspective control for the first three? 1D Mk II N, 7d, 100-400 IS "L", 70-200 f2.8 L, Sigma 10-20, 50mm f1.8, 24-70 f2.8L, Lensbaby, 430ex, etc.
