Hey guys,
I need some advice. I am going to my 10 year reunion tonight and they asked me to take the photos there. I need some advice on flash and stuff. I have a 40d and only have a built in flash. Its probably gonna be kinda dark. Any advice would be great!

Sorry - I'd leave my camera home and tell them I forgot it.:lol:

You could try the 50/1.8. Shoot landscape orientation and crop to portrait when necessary. It eliminates harsh side shadows from the built-in flash.

Actually you might get away with your zoom and the flash. The flash just doesn't have a lot of range and will cast shadows.
