Check this out...you can zoom in on a skyline photo and see the pictures on walls, see what TV show is on...just freakin' amazing!

I stumbled across it last fall...very, very cool stuff!

EDIT: Oh, wow, I just really compared the two and the Flash based site you posted is FAR BETTER than the Photosynth tool. Though there was a really nice work done of the Declaration of Independence at the National Archives when I ran across the site last fall.
