Ok, I think I have it narrowed down to one of those two...

I have:

5D mkII w/grip
24-70mm 2.8
100mm 2.8 macro
50mm 1.4
70-200mm 2.8 IS
1.4 extender
Tripod

I usually carry around a 7 million dollar home and love it. but I want something big enough, but not too big, for brief hikes, trips to the park, landscape shots, etc.
Will also be carrying around typical accessories, such as:
CPL, rocket blower, memory cards.

They're about the same size, so which do you guys recommend, and why?
Would flipside 300 be big enough in lieu of the 400?

Thanks in advance!

Dave

I have the Flipside 400, it replaced my 7MDH as primary bag (I still use the 7MDH when I only bring a body & a couple of lenses). It's a great bag and with the way we all buy new stuff every once in a while, I suggest you get the 400 for the extra space, the AW cover (you mentioned brief hikes, I also use the cover as a dust shield when in the house) and hhmmm, can't think of anything else. I don't have any input on the Streetwalker Pro, but the Antidote from TTP is on the horizon for me. I'm attaching a pic of the inside shot of the 400 loaded up.

Thanks profec 291...

The flipside 400 looks good... I'm leaning that way but people seem to love their Think Tank stuff and I've never owned any, so thought I'd ask.

Any chance you can take a shot of the 400 with it on? It's hard for me to get a real idea of size unless I see someone wearing it...

Thanks again!

BigDaveE: The 300 will not fit the mk2 with grip attached, it leaves a nice little lump that protrudes into your back.

profec291: Do you know if the 400 will take the mk2 with grip (and qr plate), there is very little different in depth between the two bags.

I just got a ThinkTank Streetwalker (regular, not the Pro) and love it. I posted some pictures of it here:

I have the SWP and it will easily hold all your gear plus some. Think Tank design and quality is unbeatable. The SWP is well designed and allows you to add additional modulus components with the use of a Pro Speed belt. The SWP is not overly padded but is padded where it counts. Also, it is designed to wear for a period of time without being uncomfortable.
