Can anyone point me to some posing examples for a dance like this? Ages are from about 6 to 10 years old.

I have searched and searched but I can't find anything. I have a dance to shoot where the parents and kids or just the kids will come out of the dance and I will have a setup for posed shots. So I am asking for examples of posed not candid dance shots.

I've done a lot of sports team and individual shots with kids this age but never a dance like this.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

How would they be different from any standard candid portrait?

Well, I guess if I had some examples to look at maybe I could answer your questions. Do you have any that I can look at? Or if you know the answer to your own question would you mind sharing?
I would not have asked to see pictures if I already knew what they looked like.

Your post is really ambiguous, it's hard to help when you're so unclear. Do you want to pose people pretending to dance? Or after they leave the dance floor? Why not just take photos while they're dancing? What are you trying to achieve, where, and when?

Why not just take photos while they're dancing?
Simply because that is not what I have been requested to do by the people who are going to be paying me.
What are you trying to achieve, where, and when?
I am trying to satisfy the needs of a paying customer.

Thanks.

So, you'll have a setup for posed shots, maybe a white seamless, maybe a wall. Put people in front of the background, have them smile, take the photo. Or am I missing something?

Or am I missing something?

Good question.
