They seems to have very decent price for buying in Canada. Anyone has good or bad experience with this store?

I've been buying from NewEgg for years. They are excellent.
Look at their return policy for the item you want to buy carefully. It varies greatly from product to product. It's pretty easy to get nicked for a restocking fee if you a return an item for a refund.
Other then that they are terrific.

He's asking about the Canadian site though, but i'm sure it's similar.

All the stuff ships up from Newegg in California anyway ... I've ordered a few times from newegg.ca and have had absolutely no problems with their shipping or having to pay duties and taxes.

Yes, Newegg.ca have lowest price in Canada at this moment, but I am not sure if they are as reliable as B&H in terms of buying Canon Lens from them.

So, even though newegg.ca ships from the US, we (I'm in Canada too!) do not have to pay duties or extra taxes as it comes across the border? I've been thinking of buying from newegg.ca too.

Well, I buy from the one in the US, and it's a great company.
I'd recommend Newegg without a doubt.

Didn't know they had a newegg.ca but I've bought from Newegg for years. They started out as a small computer hardware online retailer that caitered to overclockers. They exploded to a huge online retailer. I bought my 30D kit from there. Its a reputable place to buy from and they have great customer service.

I've spent close to $5,000 USD with NewEgg.com (the US version) in the last year or so, buying both computer H/W and Canon 50D bodies (2 of them). I have nothing but good to say about them.

I had to RMA a computer motherboard just a couple of weeks ago. Shipped it back, the in-house RMA process took less than 24 hours, and they 3-day shipped the replacement back out to me. I couldn't be happier.

But, the question is ... How well does this match up with NewEgg.ca? Don't know.

From what I understand, all fees (including tax and duty) are taken care of at time of purchase, so items are delivered straight to you without any additional charges.

If it is the same company as newegg.com then should be OK, but I have only bought computer stuff from them. They always ship fast.

Thanks. My concern is they use UPS and you know UPS usually has brokage fees.... But this is a .ca site so I am not even sure how it works vs buying from Newegg.com or BH photo.

Also are their lens have US/Canada warranty or are they grey market?
