Question. Would a cir-pol help with windshield glare, assuming that I have enough light to compensate for it?

Anyone know if a circular polorizer will help with the windshield glare? I'll just try it next time and find out.

It would but during action shots it would probably be pretty hard to adjust.

Ive actually read that the use of a CP will be less than desirable for motorsport shooting, more times than not, it gives an odd colored tint to all glass.

I use them all the time to fight harsh glare on bright days. I used them specifically to be able to see the drivers during a recent SCCA track school - works great. For action shots, it may slow down the AF of the lense. There's always give and take.

Cool sequence by the way!

Yeah. now that's what I'm looking to accomplish. Thanks for the intel.

One more from the same day just for fun. This was my first time shooting anything motorsports, and I had a great time. I'm going to try it again as soon as I can.

I remember driving by one day last year and seeing a rally event going on. I will have to look for a schedule and head out there one of these days.

Looks like that Jeep had a lil too much confidence!
