HDR - C&C Please

Went out on my lunch today and took some pictures around our office building downtown. Quickly used Photomatix 3 and Gimp on them to see what I could come up with. Took 3 images, 2 stops apart. I am including the original image, normal exposure as comparison to the HDR version.

Sorry about the watermark, I have the demo version of Photomatix at work.

Anyway, I would appreciate any C&C to help me in creating HDR images.

The strength seems a bit high. Keep an eye out for the Halos around objects like the building in this one. Other than that its a good attempt.
