Here are my 8 from today. Enjoy. I had the best time with them at Mt. Vernon. They were really fun and so happy.

I didn't take out any blemishes or whiten teeth, just the contrast, sharpening, etc.

Cloudy days are okay, if you don't have rain.

Suzie,

Awesome. You have captured their emotions so very well. I love the shot of them in the green chairs :)

One of the more basic tests I apply to any 'people' photos is, are these people I'd like to know? You've captured the spirit of this beautiful couple magnificently. I'd really love to know them.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Very nice Suzy! I LOVE #2 then 3 & 5 are my next favorites. You did a great job of capturing some wonderful expressions and I love the backgrounds you chose with the bright blue shirts.

These are fabulous, Suzie! The colors are great and I love their expressions. You caught the love between them perfectly.

Now, where are all the people? When I was there, it was raining and there was still a crowd! :)

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

:)

It was crowded. There were about 30 big buses outside when I got there at 10 so I was pretty nervous. But it's amazing how helpful people are when you are a pro and there are two beautiful young people in love. They tend to give you space. I didn't have to ask more than once to get access to a spot. People waited. And you know, I am a fast shooter. It took me about 30 minutes to take the 150 shots. They ended up with 13 really good ones and took 3 of them. Oh, and Jim! We have a temple pre-wedding shoot at the end of July! What do you think? They asked me to do it since I won't be at the wedding.

It was, Jay! How are you? Do any weddings lately?

If your family ever comes this way, just let me know. I have an "in" at most places. :)

I asked them if they had matching outfits. They thought I was pretty funny. Then I linked them to a few threads here where the couple were color coordinated and suggested a deep blue because of the eyes. It was really nice to get them to help me out that way. Sarah's Mom has a good eye for colors, she shopped for them.

I'm shooting Jason's wedding May 30, and I have another wedding in June. So, life is good for me, but I'm so busy. I'm having fun in FL. Tomorrow I get to play a little. My hubby & sons are at a rainy Father & Son's outing. You know the drill. They missed Disney for that. :)
