Hmm, why were my replies deleted?

Both Fuji and Kodak film data sheets state f16 (not f22) for snow and seashore and f11 for bright sunlight. Even that scanned box portion is showing f16 for water.

Interesting. I think there were someone else's replies too. I had given links to both Fuji and Kodak film datasheets showing sources of f16 is for snow/seashore and f11 is for bright sunlight in normal settings instead of people that thought f22 was for snow/sea and f16 for normal settings.

My bad, I got conversations mixed up. There's another OP I was commenting on that was discussing the same sunny 16 rule at a beach including the same person with the film box scan. Nothing was deleted here.
