Posting quotes

I feel very silly and embarassed asking this question, but I won't learn if I don't.

How do you take another members comment in a thread and wrap it in the quote text? .

dont leave any spaces in the word qoute. You can leave out the = then the name if you want. thats just so it will poste who the qoute is from
