id better ask first if it would be ok to post some images from my fuji s100fs.

as this is a 28-400mm eq on 35mm so it like shooting the bigma in the 250mm

and im well pleased whot this camera can do.

well good to back posting again and ive finaly came to the conclusion that a sigma 500mm f4.5 or the 400 f5.6 will replace the bigma . so im getting the fuji in the garden so i now i wont miss the sigma supperzoom.

ive been working realy hard on get the birds to trust and not fear me so i can use the
s100fs to it full.

getting low to the ground and using the macro if thing get a bit close.

for the very qute duckling i had the camera just of the water and flipping out the screen ment i could look onto the screen and not get wet

buring in mind that its the same on the 40d if where to use a 250mm lens or less.

local bond

this guy realy trustes me now and tacking meal worms from my had so i can get realy close 3ft

IMAGE: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/madas/buddy-up-close.jpg

and after work im trying the on board flash

IMAGE: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/madas/2009_0502day130151.jpg

female sparrow are still a bit nervouse but stll pritty close

IMAGE: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/madas/female-sparrow-web.jpg

the light was fading so to get the beautyfull colours flash was used in manual mode so could using a desent s/speed.

IMAGE: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/madas/flash-starling.jpg

and this wasthe other day but laying on the grass and waiting for the right moment.

IMAGE: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a166/madas/baby-blk-web.jpg

all the above are f/frame or cropped slightly for compsition pp work in ps 6

thanks for looking

j

Post away.
