I just now checked www.amazon.com for the 70-200 f/2.8L . It's still showing $1499.00 when you add it to the cart . Like i said this is what i just saw so if you want one you might want to check it again yourself but i wouldn't wait too long since price hikes are in effect !! Wouldn't doubt it will change soon !!

I highly recommend them. Just to be safe, I would give them a call if I were you just to be sure that the lens you want is still in stock. Even though the site says "In stock" I'm not sure how often they update it and I'll bet they are selling quite a few Canon lenses each day right now.
