how to set self-timer on canon 5D

does anyone know? i can't seem to find it. thanks.

Don't mean this in a rude way, but the manual can be downloaded if you don't have yours handy. It has clear instructions on how to to use the self timer.

And if you also enable mirror-lock-up, it changes from a 10 second timer to a 2 second timer. The more you know!
