artyman Sleepless in Hampshire More info | May 08, 2009 03:42 | #2 Good in flight shots, though they look a touch noisy. Don't ask me how to fix that as I haven't a clue, as I need some lessons as well. Art that takes you there. http://www.artyman.co.uk

May 08, 2009 07:25 | #4 Thanks for the comments ... Think I had the ISO pretty high that day ... and walked up on the Hawk ... didn't seem him until he started to fly ... and then just locked on and fired a burst. Very little cropping ... he flew right in front of me. Equipment : Canon 50D, Canon 50-250, Sigma 24-70 2.8, Sigma 70-200 2.8, Sigma 150-500, Canon FS300 Camcorder

Thanks again for the replies ... feel like I am completly starting over on the birds ... different settings for the birds and trying to learn the ... uhhhh ... software (which seems to hate me ) that I have .... isn't as much fun as the actual shooting. Equipment : Canon 50D, Canon 50-250, Sigma 24-70 2.8, Sigma 70-200 2.8, Sigma 150-500, Canon FS300 Camcorder
