Right now I'm taking a short break from my real job which is 19D Skill Level 4 (external link) and teaching Military Science at Bowie State University. Hopefully not for too long.

Wow - I would love to have your knowledge ...

Mark me down for one of those bloody engineers........

Specifically, Water Resources. Work in a consulting firm. Spend most of my time working with computers trying to model how water runs off the land, snow melts and how water moves through the ground.

I wonder if I have posted in here before?? lol

Started off as a CAD Drafter at an Engineering firm.

Now I'm managing archives for a municipality and also managing a number of databases that allow viewing of the archives... Probably between all the different tables I'd say there are at least half a million records or more. Most in SQL but some in Oracle.

I'm in the oil business.

7-5 daily, usually up to my elbows and ears in it. Especially after a transmission or axle overhaul :) Chrysler/ASE Master mechanic, slight detour after getting my BS in Fish & Wildlife.

I'm a welder at TIEM(Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacture) and my job is to ensure good quilty work on our trucks that exits our line so thousands of other manufactures have reliable, dependable, and high quality forktrucks to drive. I often work upto 16hrs a day, so it takes a hit on my photography....

My title is Electrical Engineer, in a Japanese company that make factory automation, Toyota, Honda, Canon, Nikon, Fuji, all of them use parts from my company. but I became more like an interpreter, translator for a language i just learned a year ago. Hell, even English is not my first language.
I do get yelled at with language I don't understand from 8-9...yes, Japanese works hard.

Sometimes they let me out and play...

I design/build websites, specialising in website accessibility and mainly work on government sites.

It's good getting paid to tap a keyboard all day and have fun at the same time :D
