to be honest, i think the lighting is flat.. ambient = flat to me.. sorry..

the second one is the best for contrast the subject pops just alittle more ..

A lot of personality in one and three.
A tiny bit of fill light reflected into the face in one would make it better.

One is awesome. Two and three could benefit from a little more contrast I think.
