I did a search, I swear, and I didn't come up with anything. What is everyone using to safely clean their LCD monitors? Especially, what prevents streaking and won't damage the surface.

Some people advocate using isopropyl alcohol or a 50-50 mix of alcohol-distilled water, but unless you live/work in a toxic environment (or have a bad habit of blowing cigar or cannabis smoke on your screen) why would you need to use a solvent?
