All equipment is an year old in good condition.

Canon NB-2LH 2x
Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 1x

I determined a 800 USD combined price , but the buyer said it was too high a price.

A quick search of the classifieds would indicate that $800 for that is a bit high.

The lens goes for ~$200, and I've seen 400D bodies w/ grip and 2 batteries for between $350 and $450.

So, $600 - $650 is probably a more realistic price.
