I suppose its partly because I'm in a smaller market but I seem to see only entry level lenses on Craigslist. Is that pretty common? Is the higher end stuff being sold elsewhere?

Mostly see Rebels and entry-level lenses. There are a lot of photographers here, so I'm guessing most are selling their stuff on forums.
