Chris, what's the deal with Peacocks? I have them running loose around my house but I never see them with their feathers displayed. When's the best time to find them "erect"? :)

What are YOU thinking about recently?? First the "Man with Two Balls" picture, now this?? ;)

Yep. Casper is suppose to hit 29 degrees tonight. And get more snow in the mountains. We shall see. Had a dusting this morning.:)

You guys... :)

I never see them displaying their plumage. They only squawk and wake up the whole neighbourhood. Here's a shot from my phone.

They seriously just walk around your yard?? The only place I see peacocks are at the zoo. (Taken in the other context that sentence it kind of funny. :) )

In an instant subdivision near 152nd and #10 Highway. The area used to be large treed lots and I think the birds are used to roaming. I'm guessing there's about 25 to 30 of them and some mornings they're perched on the roofs of the houses around me (or on mine). Some people get pissy about the noise and mess they sometimes create by digging in gardens and planters but I think it's much ado about nothing.

Google and Maptech seem to get my address wrong.

BTW, it takes me 11 minutes to get out the lawn mower, mow the lawn, sweep up and put the lawn mower away. :)
