Sometime I really don't know if I should show the background more, or what. And sometime I feel like I add too much contrast on my pictures. Do you guys think any of these are over contrast? I just started photography about 3 months ago. Thanks in advance.

Numbers 3 and 5 looks good to me and number 4 i like but some may say to open the DOF up just a touch get at least one of the flowers in complete focus. And I dont think you over did it at all with the contrast. NADA...sold off my gear and bought a motorcycle. I might be back shooting someday...

May 13, 2009 05:03 | #8 thanks guys. the apple one was taken with a macro lens 100mm. I used a plastic blue bag for the background lol ( i know kind of random ). I just wanted to use something that will compliment the green apple. I forget what exposure i took with it but it was fast... like 1/6xx.. http://www.flickr.com/photos/minhie/
