Not sure what happened, but the focusing screen fell out. I got annoyed because it was scratched and crap when I put it back in, so I figured out how to take it back out and sent it to Canon.

How slowly did you have to move the flashlight around to get that look?

not slow at all, its a pretty powerful maglight, LED so it is bright as hell, I put a piece of white printer paper over the top so that it wouldn't blow out the whole image, other than that moved quite fast

I guess I should invest into one of those, ha.

haha they're pretty good, you can aim the beam and man does it throw far, I've lit up the top of a tree probably 300 feet away in the dark haha
