Great set and great location shando.

I just picked up a used Tokina 12-24 dx locally from a POTN member. Tested it with T1i on the way home @ Pasadena, CA city hall. Little tweaks done in LR. Fairly new to photography and it's my first UWA lens. I love it so far! Cross-posted from lens archive forum. I figured I'd get more traffic here.

I love the color only in the reflection on this one

After some serious frustration and QC problems with my T1i and 70-300 IS USM lens it appears that they have finally been sorted out. After fighting major focus issues here are a few shots I took today. These are 100% crop and straight from the camera. Looking forward to better things now....

What sort of issues were you having? How did you get it sorted out? I feel like all my images are softer/have more noise than everyone else's posting here even when using the same lenses (kit lens, 55-250, Nifty).

It's frustrating as I don't know if the problems is operator error, the camera, the lenses, etc.... Can't imagine all the lenses are bad, but I'm reluctant to send the camera to Canon (which i also can't afford if they'd end up charging me for anything).

Played with my daughter today and I thought the light coming in from the sundown was great for photos, so I took the camera and I was really pleased with the results
