The lens is sharp, maybe you have some front/back focus with the lens.2 More from Greece..even to a 'shamateur' like me, the light there is just extraordinary. Love the colours in the shop..that's the difference between my Canon and the G1..

The 50D is now much cheaper and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. dandelionlover wrote in post #10731997 Does anybody have examples of night club photos? I have a dilemma, and I would appreciate some advice. I cannot decide whether to buy Canon 50D or 500D? I heard the 50D has more serious banding and noise problems.. the brackets will go away and the picture will appear if done properly Website

This one was the coolest of the bunch. Used my 28-105mm USM for this one. I just put it on sport setting and cranked out a bunch of pictures. Thanks for looking. I had the camera with Nifty fifty attached and I bent over and shot before she ran away. Too bad it's a little soft. 2) Nifty Fifty of my guitar 3) This fourth of July I stood behind my son and took a ton of pictures while fireworks were going off. This one was the coolest of the bunch. Phil With the nifty fifty it is tempting to shoot wide open at aperture f/1.8. However you get very shallow DOF and a lot of image goes OOF and if you are not careful to focus on right areas the effect can be lost.
