good one. which lense?? shutter speed??

1. f/22,7 sec,ISO 400 (kit lens 18-55)
2. f/22,15 sec,ISO 200 (kit lens 18-55)
3. f/20,13 sec,ISO 200 (nifty)
4. same settings as #3.
You can definitely tell the difference in color between the nifty and the kit lens.

On my 500px site (I do wish they had a better link for embedding images, can't wait to give google+ a try):

Gorgeous, and so much detail in the shadows! What did you use to combine the exposures?

Thank you. I used Dynamic Photo-HDR by mediachance. The three images above are the first HDR's I've tried doing so far and this one was a single exposure. I Created 5 images from the original raw file, each one 1 f-stop apart from the other, then merged them into this image.

I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out. It could probably be better but not bad IMO for a first try.

Actually he didn't crash, he was just taking a ''dust bath'' but I thought it is more interesting to present it as a landing crash hehe

Oh my god. You are a lifesaver. I did not realize the disks came with editing software. The difference is like night and day from fiddling with levels in PS 7 and Canon stuff. :D

Glad you like it. Spend some time with it, learn it, and it will do wonders for your images. There is also an extensive manual on one of the other CD's that will teach you how to use it. Probably a good deal of stuff on line too if you Google it. :)
