At least from Adorama you get 1) a kit lens and 2) 90 days 3) The knowledge that canon has looked over the camera and you will be getting a camera in great working condition as close to new as possible. For an extra $75, that sounds like a pretty good deal to me If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you!!

More info | May 14, 2009 11:40 | #5 30D's have started to become a bit overpriced in our BS forum here on POTN from my perspective. I purchased a MINT 30D from the Fred Miranda forums a few months back for $400 shipped. No way I am paying anyone $500 for a used 30D body only. Clean 20D's are going at times for $250-$350.

I see what you guys mean... this turned from a "I found a Deal you guys may like" to a "Our BS forums are overpriced" thread real quick, and to be honest, I see what you guys mean. I don't think $550 is too bad of a deal, if you sell the kit lens for $50. But converted from $USD to $CAD it's more then I'd be willing to spend. Rather spend the little extra on a used 40D. Personally, I dont like to go into Adorama, some of the guys on the floor treat you like you are annoying them or something, and to be honest, I dont like to be treated like that when I got $1500 in my pocket ready to be dropped on a camera.... You should contact me about that, too!
