May 15, 2009 10:08 | #4 She's still a pup, just turned 1 year this March. I don't use her for duck hunting - it gets too cold here for a springer to be that wet. She had a total blast pheasant and ruffed grouse hunting last year, and isn't gunshy in the least.

Sometimes TOO smart. lol When Bloo was a puppy she had blue eyes, no the inspiration for her name though. When we looked at the litter she was identified by a blue ribbon collar. She used to store rocks in her cheeks like a chipmunk.
