Cat....here is a test to tell what the doggies really are...have someone stand behind them....just to one side or the other of the tail...show them a Kong filled with peanut butter. If the resultant bendy wiggles and tail wagging causes a fracture to the lower leg...they are labs...if it only causes severe bruising...they are Chessies.

I am a boom lover too. Jinx doesn't mind. The best is safe and dry in a barn, doors wide open so you can see and fell, rain pounding on the roof, and that sweet safe sound of a barn full of horses eating hay and breathing deep.

Sometimes those work tho', right? I mean, there was this one shoot where I had the guy shoved into a log jam under a bridge when the river was a flood stage. I made for a really cool shot, but, thinking back, it was really claustrophobic for me to watch.

TD made it out OK, tho', so no worries.

Leyla and I spent years parking. We would just wander for hours in her little fiat. Don't think poorly of me but true story. I, we, had some teen trouble, were trying to right it by attending AA classes and such. We would tell her parents that's where we were going and instead go buy beer and hang out in the car

He was asleep on my ottoman and some sirens went by. He woke up and listened for a while and then all of the sudden, sat up and went "arrrooooo ruh ruh ruh ruh....aroooooooo" then I started to laugh (because "what the heck was this sound he was making) and he turned around and looked very sheepish...like "did that just come out of me"

Buddy has howled twice at the sirens, but usually he just ignores them

Better with her eyes? I did clone the undereye area out on a separate layer and reduced opacity so that they weren't as dark. But, other than some color boosting, nothing has been done.

Oh, and for the record?? Not a fan of thunderstorms. The dog and I would prefer to hide our heads under the covers...except Toddler peed on them earlier (twice) so there AREN'T currently any covers to hide under. Yes, I am a wimp.

Love thunderstorms. One of my favorite things to do when we lived in Phoenix was to sit outside on the porch and watch the lightning storms that occurred almost daily. (Sorry about the bes covers though)
