Wow. Friday nights are dead around here. Must be two for one cocktails at the local Ramada Inn or something.

I'm still here.

Now that's different....I usually use crawfish for fishing.

And we feed it minnows, another bait. :)

gads it's 84 in my house...hotter outside....a hot bath...gasp....

When it gets too hot in my house, I break out the computer fan. Works well to cool things down.

Did I ever mention my former in-laws live in Terre Hill? I don't think Kutztown
is even in the same league...more of a chain store version....hehehe

Nope, I don't think you ever did mention it....and yeah, I don't love it, but I figured maybe I was spoiled, too. LOL

Did you know you can get an inflatable weiner?

Um....

^^^ That.

You've seen these before, but I haven't taken any new ones lately.

Sadie and Cricket

Sadie and Winston
Winston

I love them all, but Winston man....he's a heart-stealer, isn't he?

Permagrin wrote in post #8012753 (external link)
apparently on the trip from the beach to the reservoir, Kona (having drunk too much salt water) vomited on Chris's sweatshirt. I bet Kona gets banned from the tahoe

Ruh roh!

sevillafox wrote in post #8012875 (external link)
I'm home. I have a ton of shots to process. I can't find my wallet. I"m freaked about that.

Can't wait to see them, and I'm glad you found it!

OMG, me brane just essploded from Deja Vuness... I'm going to bed.

Dude, you're magic then, typing with a 'sploded brain. ;) Hope you slept well!

Cool article on compression and distortion with lenses: http://www.kevinwilley.com/l3_topic04.htm (external link)

Quoted so I hopefully remember to go look at it....

I took some non drowsy sinus headache meds earlier, I could go to bed right now!

Do it! You won't regret it...

Hola folks....had a short nap after the festivities...was nice. No cap and gown though. Instead, kiddos released balloons into the sky in the school colors...weird.

Holy moly...bleeding toes

GAH, hate seeing balloons released into the sky like that....uncool environmentally.

And yep, apparently bleeding toes are quite common when learning the pointe positions. I learned a lot from her. Hopefully going to her recital on the 13th, too....should be fun!

Permagrin wrote in post #8013187 (external link)
unggh it's hot here today.

I'm taking advantage of the boy's absence and vacuuming and mopping (the hardest things to do with them underfoot). But man oh man we don't have the AC units in so it's hot as can be (okay it's only 89F but it feels HOT) especially when working.

It does get even warmer when you clean. Cool bath?

Oy. Stupid people....I won't start my rant about entitlement attitudes.....

Hi Everyone. Work went fairly smooth this morning, with all of the groups in by 11:15.

YAY!

misspix wrote in post #8013352 (external link)
It is so hot I have piled my hear on my head and secured with a pencil. Grabbed an old bucket, filled with water and have my feet in it.

I had a special garbage can for kids like that

No crap...do you have pics of the pile of "hear" on your head? (I'm TEASING, don't smote me, pretty please?)And are you one of the cool kids who stuck up for us nerds? If so, I need to find a very cool smiley for you somewhere....cuz you're mah heroine.

JWright wrote in post #8013703 (external link)
Right. I'll keep that in mind..

But keep in mind as well that getting a tattoo does NOT prepare you for childbirth. ;)

She was actually pretty good, six or not.

She was, and darn cute about it too!

CrazieCricket wrote in post #8014137 (external link)
I'm here for just a couple minutes. Going to daughters senior graduation in a few minutes. I'm sooooooo nervous!!! Scared I won't get any good shots of her.

You will be awesome, and remember, its partly about ENJOYING THE MOMENT! This is her night to shine, and you'll shine right along with her as the person who stood by her through all her trials and triumphs.

Woolburr wrote in post #8014147 (external link)
You might have to watch the slideshow for a moment or two...but you will see a shot that some of you recognize. http://www.dcp.uscourts.gov/default.htm (external link)

VERY cool WoolyDan!

Belmondo wrote in post #8014166 (external link)
Much cuter. Now, if she was only fuzzy and knew how to purr.

;) Seems to me its you that would cause the purring....so um...maybe you need the skillz? ;)

I thought about that also when they released...they flew west...so maybe the TPBMmers out that way can catch them

Sounds like fun.
