Wow Cat comes back with a vengeance. Jon's quote of you MMQ was to funny.

To bad about the car James. That's what happens when you go all Magnum PI on rain soaked streets.

Well we officially broke the 137,000 degree mark today. And I spent most of the day on a pool deck welding fencing. Fun stuff all around.

I'm sorry to hear about the car James....

John, just had opportunity to look through your texture gallery....NEAT stuff on there! I love seeing different perspectives of some of the same things sometimes, too.

LOL!

It didn't work out, but thanks for crossing anyway. ;)

Thanks! I'll tell him.
And no. LOL! I didn't even think about it. I'll wear it again this Saturday as there's another adopt-a-thon event. I'll have Wade snap a picture then.

You aim well. ;)

Thanks Jim. *gets a little mushy*

Glad to hear she's halfway mended.

Yes. Yes it is. You know what my sister says about pizza?

Pizza is like sex. When it's good, it's GOOD. When it's bad, it's still pretty good.

Thanks for crossing, Becky. Too bad it didn't end well, but I still have high hopes for the little guy.

LOL! Nope. He wore black pants, and a dark blue shirt with a black tie. He was still pretty cool. 8)

Anyway, since I skipped nearly 2K posts, I missed the one you were replying to here. I'll bet that wasn't an albino peacock. It was probably a peahen. They're white. ;) LINKY

Hate to burst your bubble, but peahens are a dull brown with kind of a gray neck. They're all over the zoo and there isn't a white one among them. We've also been to a place where there is a white Peacock. He was displaying w full tail just like the colored ones...

CURSES to you John! Yes, that kept Toddler happy many a night at about 3am when we were up for nursing sessions and such. Needless to say, I'm grateful to whomever had the time to make such an annoying critter. And CWAP, I better not tell hubs about the railway museum. I may have a stowaway.

Yeah, that's the ultimate earworm. Even worse than the song on "The Ride That Shall Not Be Named..."

cfpackerfan wrote in post #7946328 (external link)
LOL! I quoted Jon to reply to him, and realized that I had MORE MMQ.

Take 2:

Ow. A thousand times ow. :p

GOSH, I had no idea. The couple times I stopped in, I ran in here an posted then ran out. Thanks for saying something. LOL

That is neat!

Those look GREAT!

Thanks John! I love the old barnwood ones!

Cool, Kody!

JAMES! It's good to see you!

What can I say? You guys crack me up.

Yikes! More?

Ouch!!! I hope it was the other driver's fault and insurance can repair your car. What happened?

Rather than slaughter smilies, I disabled them. It's a lot more humane...

So, Lonnie, I must have missed it, or I just can't remember.... why were you missing for a few days?

Last week I received a rather unusual request from a friend of a friend. It's a very long story that would bore most of you to no end, but yesterday I found the graves of the parents and brother of a homeless man in Tennessee. I just got an email from him thanking me, telling me he can't wait to go back to the library so he can use the public computer to download the pix to his diskette.

That's just one of the things that has been taking up so much of my time. The only reason I'm here right now is because I'm waiting for a reply from my friend Cathie about the inscriptions on a couple markers in the Ione Cemetery, so I can get back to work on those photos...

Her fault, failing to yield. Thing is, it's all hearsay when you're turning on yellow as there were no witnesses. She was in the intersection and the light had turned red so she turned as she should to not block the intersection, and this guy sped up and ran the light and hit my car. Gotta love miami.
