Over the past week I went to the Philadelphia Zoo and decided to bring my camera along. I strapped on the 30d and 50-150 f2.8 and shot. The animals to me that where the most photographable where the Gorilla's and the Chimps so thats basically what im putting up.

Now that spring has finally arrived in the Phliadelphia area, it's time to put my Zoo lens to work.
Great shots MrM.

I loved the Philly Zoo I had never been! What is your Zoo lens? Mine was a 50-150 f2.8 on my crop body.

My faves are #1 and #4, hands down.

BTW, you did a tremendous job with this subject - absolutely perfect.

My favorite subjects at the Philly Zoo are the Canvasback ducks. It's nearly impossible to get a good low angle on them with the way they have it set up but they're gorgeous, photogenic subjects, just the same. Just don't try to photograph them from mid June thru October, 'cause they're molting and it takes a few months for their new plumage to fully develop. January thru May is really the best time for them. I'm curious to know - did you photograph the Canvasbacks?

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
