I'm not sure how to say this.

When you add a local adjustment brush, there will be a mark/point. So when you want to go back and edit that adjustment, you could click on the point and it will edit it.
So, if you have 5 brush adjustment, there will be 5 marks/points.

Now, the marks/points disappear. I can't edit the adjustment that I already made. Did I did something with any options that disable this function?
Please Help

Try looking at the history list on the bottom left of the screen. Do you see the history from your adjustment brush edits there?

I don't have LR open, but check so that you actually have the Adjustment Brush pane open in the panel. Those marks disappear if you click on another tool, etc. Also, I think there's a feature to hide those "pins", but as I've not got the program open I can't guide you right.

I know it's not allowed to toot other forums, but as this is a very specific LR problem, you might want to ask your question here: http://www.lightroomforums.net/ (external link)
