My neighbor is a thoracic surgeon. On a daily basis, he does lung transplants of people who have destroyed their own set of lungs by smoking and are in need of a new set. A couple years ago he started a non-profit organization to educate children on the hazards and consequences of smoking. The mascot of the organization has always been a cool car. For the first couple of years it was a Ford GT, seen below.

He recently got rid of the GT and downgraded, if you can call it that, to a Z06. Just yesterday he got a set of HRE's and needed pictures for a calendar he is putting together. For more information, you can visit www.drivecancerout.com (external link).

Now to the photography. Here's a sneak peak from the shoot today. More to come as I edit them.

The Doc's idea is fantastic and deserves the hugest support available. Sorry for his downgrade... :D. Maybe is due to less people killing themselves slowly with cigs, thanks to marvel iniciatives like this. Congrats for the pics.

A real shame... because he lit them so well on the shadow side and I can only wish to be as good as Jeff.

I looooooove shooting on the shadow side when you have the lights to overpower the sun. There is nothing better imo than a long shadow.
