THM files.. HELP

I somehow deleted or lost all of my pictures from a incredible Tampa vacation and all that is left is those little THM files.. I click on those files and it brings up a very small view of my original pictures (guess that's why they're called thumb files) but anyways, is there any possible way i can view these pictures in normal view or some type of program that will convert the thm files back to jpeg files or whatever i'm trying to ask?? If you deleted them and have reused the disk/flash card, might might be screwed. Programs that "recover" stuff like the one referenced by Quick are just fancy "undelete" programs. They can only recover the files if that section of disk has not been re-used.
