May 18, 2009 21:34 | #4 very frustrating experience trying to get some help with my new 2880. Very limited customer service hours, no 800 number so I had to pay for the call (philly to california), long wait times, when I finally got someone on the phone - at the number that was in the box, I was advised that I had the wrong department and he transferred me to another department (the "wide carriage printer department", where I was on hold for another 15 minutes before I finally hung up... To me, that sucks. Some stuff that says "Canon" on it and a happy trigger finger.

I've spent so much time talking to their TS and CS and all I have to show for it are 3 bad RX595's with a bunch of ink cartridges that I can't use. I'm done with EPSON and will most likely chuck this printer into the garbage without ever printing a single page. Back to HP for me.
